This product is gluten-free, complies with European regulations (41/2009), and is also lactose-free. Bake in a pre-heated oven (180-200°C, 365-392°F, Gas mark 4-5) for about 30 to 40 minutes.Eat 1/3 to 1/2 a cake slowly, by finishing about 1 hour before the start of the effort.
